SMS program & opt-in workflow

Venture Strategies Group ("VSG") sends text messages only to people who explicitly opt in on this website. This page documents the program for visitors and for U.S. carrier A2P 10DLC registration review.

Business identity

How SMS fits our services

SMS supports inquiries you start here: confirming your guide request, short follow-ups about your timeline and towns of interest, and optional links to listings or resources you asked for. We do not send unrelated promotions or share your phone with third parties for their marketing.

Frequency: typically 1–4 messages per week while you are actively engaged; fewer afterward. Not daily blasts.

Opt-out / help: reply STOP to opt out; reply HELP for assistance or email peter@venturestrategiesgrp.com. Message and data rates may apply.

How we get consent

Step-by-step: public web opt-in

  1. Open the homepage: https://venturestrategiesgrp.com/
  2. Scroll to Get the Westchester Relocation Guide (section #guide).
  3. Enter name (required), email (required), timeline, and optional move motivation. The form has no phone number field at this stage.
  4. Read the SMS follow-up (optional) consent block. The full express-written-consent disclosure (program scope, automated messaging, frequency, HELP/STOP, "consent is not a condition of any purchase," SMS program / SMS terms / Privacy policy links) is shown next to the checkbox.
  5. If — and only if — you check the SMS consent box, a U.S. mobile number field appears immediately below it and becomes required to submit. Leaving the box unchecked submits an email-only lead; providing a number with the box checked is the express written opt-in.
  6. Consent language (versioned 2026-05-v3; stored verbatim with your submission): "By providing my mobile number and checking this box, I give my express written consent to receive recurring marketing and informational text messages from Venture Strategies Group at the number provided, sent via automated messaging system. Message frequency varies (typically 1–4 per week). Msg & data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or use of this site. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel. See our SMS program, SMS terms, and privacy policy."
  7. Submit posts to our secure lead API on AWS. Marketing SMS is not sent until the phone number, the consent choice, the consent text version, the timestamp, and the source IP are written to DynamoDB.
